Birthday Card Program
For many of the individuals we serve, Customized Options is truly their family. As such, we’re honored to do our best to make their birthdays special! We can use your support to ensure they get a gift as well!
Will you consider donating? We can accept donations in any amount, but it’s our goal to give each client a $25 gift cards on their birthday. Your support will make a big difference on someone’s special big day.
